Quest connection ~ Training

[Ike]

Ike entered the training room, he had gotten access without much problems from saundry. For the first time she didn't want to keep an eye on him training. Ike unstrapped the sheathe of his sword and put it up against the wall. "So what do you want me to train you in? I can use most weapons. I have to warn you though, two handed swords are what I specialize in." He walked over to the wall were all the training weapons hung. He looked over at her.

"I don't think i can use a two handed sword... i'm kind of... a lot small in stature than you are... I've never lifted a sword until that day you had me take your sword when you went to the museum... we can start with hand to hand? I want to know at least something before i go mouthing off to those kooks that have the rest of my book." She held up her fists in an awkward form of a stance. It was clear this girl knew not a single thing about fighting without her psychic energy. Seeing her try though was sure to be a sight though.

Ike chuckled at her stance, he knew it was her first time doing something like this but he couldn't help it. She reminded him a bit of how he was before, no idea how to fight but she still wanted to try. "First we need to work on your stance." He said more serious. He grabbed her fists and moved them up, so they were on nose height. "Always keep your arms like that, it makes it easier to guard blows to your face. We wouldn't want your pretty face to get hurt now would we?" He grinned a bit. He glanced over at her legs. "Widen your stance a bit too, it's easier to keep balance that way, I will give you a little shove to make sure it's wide enough."

"meh...!" She reeled back a little bit but kept form mostly wobbly but not bad. "Like that? She kept her position as he had fixed it.

[Ike]

"Yeah good job, now throw some straight jabs. Remember keep your balance and say in the same position. After the jab bring your fist back in front of your face and always keep your guard up. Understood?" He got into the same stance and Sereph and threw some quick jabs to show her what he meant. "You think you can manage?" He asked as went back ot his normal stance.

"Sure, i think so." She copied him not perfectly but well enough to leave a mark on the victim. No doubt, she thought, i can manage this and combine it with my psychic energy. I will be stronger knowing this stuff. She turned To a training dummy and flexed her psychic muscle. She focused her energy in her hand. "Ha!" She did the jab toward the dummy and blew it clear across the room and blowing all the straw clean out of it. "Like that?" She grinned.

He laughed, bragging about a punch after using psychic energy with it. "Now don't get ahead of yourself, Miss psychic." He chuckled as he walked over to pick up the practice dummy. "Now you can go for some power swings." He dropped the dummy and got into the same stance as he had teached Sereph. "Just come in from the side, aim for the head and put all your strength behind it." He swung at a practive dummy. It fell over immediately smashing with its head into the ground. Ike put it back up straight again. "Now you try it, don't use psychic energy for now, I promised Saundry I wouldn't break all her stuff."

"Okay." She did just plain drills until it was nearly perfect. She wiped her fore`head. "Heh," she huffed. "a noble learning to fight for themselves imagine that. and me of all people... we should check if hell froze over..." She huffed.

[Ike]

"Look at you all tired." He chuckled a bit. "If it wasn't for yesterday this would've been the first time I saw you actually breaking a sweat." he said with a grin while leaning back against the wall.

"What?!" She covered his mouth. "D-don't mention that here!" She blushed deeply.

[Ike]

Ike laughed out loud. She was so embarrassed it was funny. "Calm down, it's not like anyone can hear us." He said still laughing a bit. "I'm sorry I couldn't keep that joke in."

"I might be inclined to play along if the queen of the wolves wasnt way up in the stands watching us, with her super hearing..." She pointed behind ike. "Don't mind me, just popping in, glad you had a nice honeymoon... you wernt exactly quiet, did i mention my room is under yours...?" She raised an eyebrow. Serephs blush deepened but she said nothing.

Ike laughed a bit awkwardly. "Well atleast you know for sure we enjoyed ourselves." He chuckled, finding himself funny once again. He had one of his good days for the first time in a long time. He was laughing and making jokes again. Something he hadn't done in a while.

"Haha, very funny, thats exactly what i was thinking, 'im glad their having fun while my single ass is down here throwing up from the sugary sweetness of virgins doing naughty things." She rolled her eyes. Then she jumped down. "shouldnt someone your wifes size be teaching her to take down men as big as you in the ouch way...?" Serephs blushes just faded one into another as aslyn kept the innuendo Olympics going.

"So your night had a happy ending as well huh?" Ike's grin widened. "Well you could teach her a few things I guess, you've done it before." He said, making it sound as wrong as possible.
